1. Talk to us first

Most problems are solved quickly. Write to info@stamperiabertozzi.it describing the issue and your order number; we reply within 2 business days and aim to close every complaint within [TO BE COMPLETED] days.

2. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) – EU consumers

If you are not satisfied with our reply, as a consumer you may refer the dispute to an out-of-court dispute resolution body under Articles 141 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. The register of accredited Italian ADR bodies is kept by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT).

Consumers resident in another EU country may also contact the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net Italia).

Note on the EU ODR platform: the European Online Dispute Resolution platform was decommissioned on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013. Since 19 January 2025 traders are no longer required to publish a link to it.

3. Courts

Nothing on this page prevents you from bringing proceedings before the competent court. For consumers resident in the EU, that is the court of the place of residence or domicile.

4. Customers in the United States
