Naturae Ars

This collection was born from a shared vision – a philosophy that pays homage to nature, to its beauty, and to the uniqueness of the handmade, which lies at the heart and soul of Stamperia Bertozzi.

When we speak of beauty, it is often dismissed as something frivolous. Yet beauty is the very soul of nature and of humanity.

At a time when ‘everything is too much’ – in fashion and in society – there emerged a deep need to slow down, to return to a gentler aesthetic: one of vivid nature, alive with wildflowers and herbs, expressed through the distinctive style of woodblock printing.

Even the colour palette is bucolic, saturated with the brightness of the warm season and the crackling energy of springtime: blues and azures reflecting a flowing energy; carmine and cherry reds, brimming with desire and vitality; pinks, even in their boldest tones, as symbols of tenderness and serenity; lilac and mauve, intuitive and imaginative; and finally the greens – from pistachio to Tiffany – as emblems of renewal, together with the radiant sunlit yellow.

The intertwining of florals on sky-toned backgrounds of foulards, linen scarves, and canvas bags draws the eye, delights the senses, evokes the softness of silk to the touch, and captures a world of curious and sensitive perspectives – a triumphant celebration of nature and art.
