Accessibility statement
Draft – not legal advice. This text was prepared as a working draft and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified lawyer before go-live. Every [TO BE COMPLETED] marker requires input from Stamperia Bertozzi.
Stamperia Bertozzi S.r.l. is committed to making this online shop usable by everyone, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 82/2022 and applicable to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025.
1. Conformity status
Target standard: WCAG 2.1 level AA (harmonised standard EN 301 549).
Current status: [TO BE COMPLETED – fully conformant / partially conformant / not conformant, with the date of the assessment and the method used (self-assessment or third-party audit).]
2. Known limitations
[TO BE COMPLETED – list the non-accessible content, the reason, and the planned remediation date. Typical items for a Shopware storefront: colour contrast on some buttons, missing alternative text on decorative and product images, keyboard traps in modals, form fields without an associated label.]
3. Micro-enterprise exemption
Article 3 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022 exempts micro-enterprises providing services (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding € 2 million) from the accessibility requirements. [TO BE COMPLETED – verify whether Stamperia Bertozzi S.r.l. meets these thresholds. If it does, this page may be reduced to a voluntary commitment; if it does not, conformity is mandatory and penalties of up to € 40,000 apply.]

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, write to info@stamperiabertozzi.it or call +39 366 650 2483. We reply within 30 days.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our reply you may submit a complaint to the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), the authority responsible for supervising digital accessibility in Italy.
6. United States
We also aim to align with WCAG 2.1 AA for the benefit of U.S. customers, in view of the accessibility expectations applied to commercial websites under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
