Shipping & Delivery

We provide secure worldwide shipping from Italy via premier carriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx/TNT Express. Our logistics partners ensure reliable, expedited delivery directly from our atelier to your boutique. Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 5 business days, excluding any additional time required for customs clearance. 

All shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). While shipping is complimentary under these terms, please note that any applicable local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. 

As our collections are handcrafted, please allow for a standard processing time before dispatch. We will confirm your estimated shipping date upon order confirmation. 

A real-time tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. 

Important Note on Customs Duties for U.S. 

Clients To ensure a seamless delivery process, please be advised that since orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), the carrier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) will act as your customs broker. Once your shipment reaches the U.S. border, the carrier will contact you directly via email or phone to collect any applicable import duties and taxes before final delivery. We recommend responding promptly to their notification to avoid any unnecessary storage fees or transit delays.
